Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Conditions for Return

• The item must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and accompanying documentation.
• Sealed or graded items (e.g. PSA, BGS slabs) must remain sealed and undamaged.
• Items that have been altered, damaged, or are missing authentication certificates cannot be accepted for return.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked, insured delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at enquiries@treasuresoftime.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a delivery address.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Personalised or custom-framed items made to your specification.
• Items purchased via private negotiation or auction where agreed as final sale.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or does not match its listing description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If you still have not received it, contact us at enquiries@treasuresoftime.co.uk and we will investigate.
