Shipping Overview

Every item purchased from Treasures of Time is shipped with full insurance and tracked delivery at no additional cost. We take the utmost care in packaging your memorabilia to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Packaging

All items are packaged to collector-grade standards using acid-free materials, rigid mailers or custom boxes, and protective padding appropriate to the item type. Framed items are shipped in reinforced, corner-protected packaging. Graded cards and slabs are secured in fitted inserts to prevent movement during transit.

United Kingdom

• Standard delivery: 2–4 business days
• Express delivery: 1–2 business days (available for most items)
• All UK orders are shipped via tracked, insured courier service.
• A signature may be required on delivery for items above a certain value.

International Shipping

• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Rest of World: 7–14 business days
• All international orders are shipped via tracked, insured courier service.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our pricing. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable charges before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your item has been dispatched. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is provided for every order via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the courier. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delivery Issues

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. As all shipments are fully insured, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
