Insurance & Coverage

Every item dispatched by Treasures of Time is fully insured from the moment it leaves our facility until it is signed for at your door. Insurance is included at no additional cost and covers the full declared value of your purchase.

In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged during transit, you are protected in full. There is no excess, no claim threshold, and no additional paperwork required from you beyond a brief notification to our team.

Signature & Delivery

All orders are dispatched via a tracked, insured courier service. A signature is required upon delivery for items above a stated value threshold, ensuring your piece is placed directly into your hands or those of a nominated recipient.

If you require delivery to an alternative address, a secure collection point, or a specific time window, please note your preference at checkout or contact us before dispatch. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Collector-Grade Packaging

We treat every item as though it were destined for a museum archive. Our packaging standards reflect the value and significance of what is inside.

• Framed pieces are double-boxed with corner protectors and foam inserts, preventing movement and absorbing impact.
• Signed shirts, gloves, and textiles are wrapped in acid-free tissue within rigid, reinforced mailers.
• Graded cards and slabs are secured in fitted inserts to eliminate transit movement entirely.
• All items are wrapped in moisture-resistant material and sealed with tamper-evident closures.

Outer packaging is plain and discreet. There are no visible logos, value indicators, or descriptions of contents on the exterior of any parcel.

Dispatch & Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to the courier’s tracking page. If you have not received tracking information within three business days of placing your order, please contact us.

United Kingdom

• Standard delivery: 2–4 business days
• Express delivery: 1–2 business days (available for most items)

International

• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Rest of World: 7–14 business days

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination and local customs processing. Tracking is provided on every order regardless of destination.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. Every international order is dispatched via tracked, insured courier service to the same standard as our domestic shipments.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in our pricing and are not within our control.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you are uncertain about applicable charges.

Claims & Resolution

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ask you to provide photographs of the item and its packaging so that we can assess the situation promptly.

As every shipment is fully insured, there is no cost to you. We will arrange either a full replacement or a complete refund, whichever you prefer. If a return is required, we will cover all return shipping costs.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we will investigate directly with the courier on your behalf.
