Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. We offer a 14-day returns window from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The item must be returned in its original condition with all packaging, certificates of authenticity, and documentation. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the buyer using a tracked, insured service.

What items cannot be returned?

Custom-framed items produced to your specification, personalised items with inscriptions or dedications, and items agreed as final sale through private negotiation cannot be returned. Sealed or graded items that have been opened or tampered with are also ineligible.

What if my item does not match its description?

If you receive an item and believe its condition does not match our listing description or photographs, contact us within 48 hours with supporting photographs. Where we agree the item falls short, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of inspection and returned to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?
