Your Right to Return
We understand that acquiring a piece of memorabilia is a considered decision. If, upon receiving your item, you decide it is not right for your collection, you may return it within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Our aim is to make the process as straightforward as possible, with clear communication at every stage.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was when it left our facility:
- All original packaging, protective materials, and outer boxing must be intact.
- Certificates of authenticity, hologram seals, and any accompanying documentation must be included.
- Sealed or graded items (such as PSA, BGS, or SGC slabs) must remain sealed and undamaged.
- Items that have been altered, displayed without protective measures, or are missing authentication materials cannot be accepted for return.
Our Condition Guarantee
Every item listed by Treasures of Time is described and photographed with meticulous care. We stand behind the accuracy of our condition assessments.
If you receive an item and believe its condition does not match the description or photographs in our listing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Where we agree that the item does not meet the stated condition, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Custom-framed items produced to your specification, including bespoke framing, matting, or engraved plaques.
- Personalised items where inscriptions, dedications, or other modifications have been made at your request.
- Items agreed as final sale through private negotiation, where both parties have confirmed the terms in writing.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at enquiries@treasuresoftime.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive return instructions. We will confirm eligibility and provide a return address along with any specific packaging guidance for your item.
- Ship the item back using a tracked, insured delivery service. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is arranged and paid for by the buyer. We strongly recommend full insurance to the item’s value, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.
- Inspection. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item within 2 business days and confirm the outcome by email.
- Refund issued. If approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of inspection. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking with your bank or payment provider in the first instance. If the matter remains unresolved, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
Damaged in Transit
Every item we dispatch is fully insured from our facility to your door. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging.
We will arrange either a full replacement or a complete refund at your preference, and we will cover all return shipping costs. There is no excess or claim threshold.

Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange an item rather than receive a refund, please contact us to discuss. Subject to availability, we are happy to arrange an exchange for a piece of equal or greater value. Any price difference will be settled before the replacement item is dispatched.
